France – Dental and subspecialty instruments and devices – No. 024-A: Supply of dental consumables, implants, instruments and products

Opportunity description

The purpose of the contract is the supply of dental consumables, implants, instruments and products for the Champagne University Hospital Group, whose beneficiary member establishments are Reims University Hospital Center, Auban-Moët Hospital Center in Epernay, and the South Ardennes Hospital Group (GHSA) of Rethel-Vouziers. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of the second paragraph of Article R.2162-2 of the French Public Procurement Code, which is performed through the issuance of successive purchase orders under the conditions provided for in Articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The purchase-order contract is concluded without a minimum but with a maximum. The estimated and maximum annual quantities are set out in the requirements catalog appended to the Special Technical Specifications (Annex No. 2 to the CCTP). The maximum annual amount may not exceed 400% of the amount determined by applying the unit prices to the estimated quantities. The contract is divided into 228 lots detailed in the “Requirements Catalog” (Annex No. 2 to the Special Technical Specifications), which is freely accessible at https://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr.
