The purpose of this contract is to assist the contracting authority in defining, implementing and monitoring the Île-de-France Mobilités Design System as applied to products, equipment, spaces and facilities related to mobility in Île-de-France. This lot concerns the strategic structuring of the Île-de-France Mobilités Design System. This lot concerns the design and development of design characteristics applicable to rolling stock and transport vehicles. This lot concerns the design and layout of mobility spaces, associated infrastructure and furniture. This lot concerns graphic, identity and service-related elements contributing to the network's legibility and recognition. This graphic and identity design also applies to the definition of requirements concerning the uniforms of staff in contact with the Public. This lot aims to assess the compliance of completed work with the defined standards and principles, as well as to measure perceived quality and the comfort conditions offered to passengers.
