Opportunity description

The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for at unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. For lot No. 3 only, candidates shall provide free of charge, in support of their tender, samples of all the products necessary to carry out the proposed protocol. The purpose of this consultation is the relaunch of lots No. 3 and No. 5 of the contract relating to the supply of detergent and disinfectant products for medical devices for the benefit of the Nord Franche-Comté Territorial Hospital Group (GHT). It covers the acquisition, provision, replenishment and delivery of products intended to meet the needs of the group’s member establishments, in the context of the reprocessing and disinfection of medical devices. This new consultation follows the cancellation of lots No. 3 and No. 5 of formal procedure GHT-2025-051 for a technical reason of general interest related to a redefinition of the functional requirement in order to better take into account the usage constraints of the departments concerned, particularly with regard to contact time, simplicity of the usage protocol and suitability for practices in the field.
