The contract concerns the provision of a georeferenced terrestrial photogrammetry solution intended to carry out the as-built surveying of public electricity distribution infrastructure for the Alsace Franche Comté, Ile-de-France Est and Pays-de-la-Loire Regional Directorates. The as-built survey produced must enable a cartographic update in the company's asset information systems. The associated process, divided into two parts, is as follows 1. Acquisition Part: provision, in the form of monthly rental, of the equipment necessary for acquiring precise geographical data in the field, via georeferenced terrestrial photogrammetry. 2. Monitoring and Processing Tool Part: this involves the provision of a web platform enabling photogrammetric calculations, the vectorization of infrastructure from the point cloud in 3D view and its export to the defined formats.
