Opportunity description

This is a mixed-price framework agreement, concluded for a period of one year commencing on December 1, 2026, or on its notification date if later. The framework agreement may be renewed three times for periods of one year. The total duration of the contracts may not exceed 4 years. The framework agreement is divided into two lots, allocated as follows: - Lot No. 1: The capture and collection of stray, and/or dangerous, and/or injured, and/or dead animals on public property - Lot No. 2: The reception in the pound of stray, and/or dangerous, and/or injured animals. Lot No. 1 will be handled at unit prices based on a price schedule in view of the volume of services fluctuating from one year to the next. Lot No. 2 will be handled at a fixed price. This is a single-award framework agreement for services with purchase orders, with no minimum and with a maximum amount of 90,000 excluding tax per period. Concluded for a period of one year commencing on December 1, 2026, or on its notification date if later. The framework agreement is tacitly renewable three times for periods of one year.
