The purpose of the consultation is to award a framework agreement for dredging on the large-gauge network of Coherent Hydrographic Units (UHC) Nos. 1 to 3 (lot 1) and on the small-gauge network of the Nord Pas-de-Calais Territorial Directorate (lot 2) of Voies Navigables de France. The services fall within the framework of the Nord Pas-de-Calais inter-prefectural orders under the Water Law implementing the Multiannual Dredging Operations Management Plans (PGPOD). The services concern dredging operations on the large-gauge network of UHC Nos. 1 to 3 of the Nord Pas-de-Calais Territorial Directorate of Voies Navigables de France. The operation also takes into account the technical recommendations of ISO 14001 concerning dredging and the disposal of sediment. Responsibility for the sediment will either be left to the company or it will be transported for disposal at VNF facilities. Particular attention will be paid to tenders that concretely incorporate agricultural recovery actions.
