The contract covers the following services: New construction, renovation, maintenance and repair work on the roads and utility networks of departmental parks – Northern and southern sectors of the Department (2 lots). The contract is a single-award framework agreement for works with purchase orders, with a minimum and maximum, concluded for a period of 48 Months from notification of the contract. The procurement is divided into 2 lots: - Lot No. 1 Northern Sector of the Department Minimum amount 2,500,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax Maximum amount 9,000,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax - Lot No. 2 Southern Sector of the Department Minimum amount 3,000,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax Maximum amount 10,000,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax The purpose of this contract is to carry out new construction, renovation and maintenance work on roads and utility networks. Possibility of park extensions or the creation of parking areas, work on new plots in the Northern Sector of the Department: Parc Georges-Valbon in La Courneuve, Aire des vents in Dugny, Sausset in Aulnay-Sous-Bois, Vallon du Sausset under departmental management in Tremblay-en-France, Île-Saint-Denis, Villepinte and all outdoor areas of departmental properties located north of the Canal de l'Ourcq. The purpose of this contract is to carry out new construction, renovation and maintenance work on roads and utility networks. Possibility of park extensions or the creation of parking areas, work on new plots in the Southern Sector of the Department: Parcs de la Bergère in Bobigny, Haute-Ile in Neuilly-sur-Marne, Jean-Moulin - les Guilands in Montreuil Bagnolet, Parc forestier de la Poudrerie Livry-Gargan and all outdoor areas of departmental properties located south of the Canal de l'Ourcq.
