France – Electric vehicles – Rental of an electric refrigerated vehicle for the Hospitality Activities Department

Opportunity description

As part of its hospitality activities, the Hospitality Activities Department of the City of Nantes Department of Protocol and Public Relations rents an electric refrigerated truck for its food and beverage transport needs. The Department travels daily to provide services at various locations in the City and the Metropolitan Area (inaugurations, receptions, ceremonies…, and to purchase foodstuffs at the Marché d’Intérêt National every morning. It currently rents an electric refrigerated truck (light vehicle under 3.5 tonnes). To accommodate this organization, this procurement concerns the rental and maintenance of an electric refrigerated utility vehicle, without a driver. The contract will take the form of an ordinary mixed-price contract, the performance of which will give rise, if necessary, to the issuance of service orders. The final vehicle will be delivered by the contractor no later than 31 December 2026 or, if the contract is notified after that date, on the day following the date of its notification, at a time agreed in advance with the City of Nantes. If, for technical reasons (in particular vehicle manufacturing lead times and/or body fitting), it is impossible to deliver the final vehicle on 31 December 2026 or, if the contract is notified after that date, on the day following the date of its notification, the contractor will be required to provide a replacement vehicle pending final delivery. In any event, the delivery date of the final vehicle may not be later than 31 August 2027. Procedure: open.
