France – Electrical fitting work – Electrical and control system works contracts relating to the construction of a new industrial boiler plant as part of the development of the Dijon Energies district heating network.

Opportunity description

Works contract comprising the design and implementation of the electrical and control system work package as part of the creation of the new biomass and gas boiler plant known as Django in Dijon. Electrical and control system works contracts relating to the creation of an energy production and distribution process as part of the construction of a new mixed boiler plant with a minimum useful output of 7 MW from Biomass and a useful output of 36 MW from Gas, including a biomass flue gas condensation system. This boiler plant will be located on Boulevard des Péjoces, in the municipality of Dijon, and will be connected to the DIjon Energies district heating network. The works will include: 1/ High-voltage distribution from a delivery substation installed at the property boundary; 2/ 1 HTA / BT transformer substation equipped with 2 transformers; 3/ Low-voltage distribution comprising the TGBT, general services switchboards, and connections to the end points; 4/ UPS-backed distribution supplying the site's safety systems; 5/ Tertiary equipment for the supervision office of the analysis room; 6/ A set of PLC cabinets as well as the distribution from these cabinets; 7/ All safety interfaces (APS, relaying, emergency stops...); 8/ Natural gas detection in the gas boiler hall; 9/ Fire detection throughout the site; 10/ Ammonia detection in the PAC room; 11/ Optional: active filters in the low-voltage rooms; 12/ Earthing of equipment throughout the entire site. The provisional phase for submission of the designs is scheduled for March / April 2027. The provisional phase for the start of on-site works is scheduled for March 2028. Procedure: neg-w-call.
