Renovation, refurbishment and power capacity expansion works for the electricity delivery substation at the SEM-REV marine renewable energy test site in Le Croisic (44). In accordance with the provisions of Article R.21227 of the French Public Procurement Code, a works or services contract awarded without competition and without prior publication may, where applicable, be awarded to the initial contract holder for the performance of services similar to those of the previous contract. As part of the works, the tasks entrusted to the Contractor will include the following: A. Implementation of the site facilities, B. Preparation of the execution studies, C. Construction of the MV switchboard, D. Installation of a STATCOM-type compensation system and all associated equipment, E. Updating of the substation's control/command systems, F. Performance of works on the substation's backup power supply, G. Performance of interior refurbishment works (including crane lifting and handling), H. Exterior refurbishment works around the substation, I. Replacement of the air-conditioning units, J. Implementation of acoustic mitigation measures, ? Commissioning and delivery of the structure ?
