Opportunity description

Operation of HVAC and related installations. This consultation is an open tender procedure, divided into 3 geographical lots. The services are the subject of a mixed-price contract. For the unit-price portion, a maximum amount per lot is set at €600,000 excluding VAT for the entire duration of the contract, and the services are performed through the issuance of purchase orders. The contract is concluded for an overall duration of 6 years. The estimated value of the services in euros excluding VAT, per lot, is specified in Article 1.1 of the Consultation Regulations (RC). It is not binding on the Department. Candidates are informed that this consultation requires the presentation of a minimum turnover per lot, specified in Article 5.1 of the RC. The number of "candidates" in Article 5.1.15 of the contract notice must be understood as "contract holders".
