Opportunity description

The purpose of the project management assistance framework agreement is to provide operational, technical and legal management services for contracts for the renovation of social rental housing in Pays de la Loire. The framework agreement is concluded to support the scaling-up and pooling initiative named “MAESTRO”: - Definition of the common procurement strategy and collective governance; - Assistance in defining the works programs; - Feasibility studies for each operation; - Assistance in awarding framework agreements for works, design and design-build; - Assistance in coordinating the scaling-up initiative - Continuous feedback; - Technical assistant for study monitoring; - Technical assistant during the implementation phase; - Technical assistant during the acceptance and remedying of defects phase; - Assistance during the first year under the completion guarantee The AMO service components covered by the framework agreement are: - Definition of the common procurement strategy and collective governance; - Assistance in defining the works programs; - Feasibility studies for each operation; - Assistance in awarding framework agreements for works, design and design-build; - Assistance in coordinating the scaling-up initiative - Continuous feedback; - Technical assistant for study monitoring; - Technical assistant during the implementation phase; - Technical assistant during the acceptance and remedying of defects phase; - Assistance during the first year under the completion guarantee Procedure: neg-w-call.
