STRUCTURAL STUDIES AND DIAGNOSTICS - BUILDING ENVELOPE The purpose of this consultation is to establish a framework agreement relating to structural and building envelope study and diagnostic services (studies of technical documents, if they exist, on-site investigations, preliminary sizing, resistance calculations, etc.) and any assistance, advisory and expert appraisal assignment relating to existing buildings, structures and the building envelope. These assignments are carried out in particular during feasibility and programming studies, as part of property audits. This arrangement will enable the City of Cannes and the Cannes Pays de Lérins Agglomeration Community (CACPL) to respond quickly to the needs they recurrently encounter in carrying out their duties. The operations falling within the scope of the framework agreement are located throughout the territory of the City of Cannes and the CACPL. Consultation launched by a purchasing group.
