Opportunity description

In order to improve the thermal conditions of the buildings, continue reducing energy consumption and meet the needs of the various departments or other uses, the joint procurement group formed by the City of Troyes and Troyes Champagne Métropole, led by the City of Troyes as coordinator, wishes to be assisted by a design office competent in these fields. This public contract will be concluded in the form of a single-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts. The contractor will be consulted whenever the buyer has a need falling within the scope of this framework agreement.
