France – Engineering services – Project management for improving the operation of the Doubs wastewater treatment plant

Opportunity description

The contract with optional phases will be concluded pursuant to Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the French Public Procurement Code. It comprises 3 phases of work: - Phase 1: o Rehabilitation of the clarifiers. Installation of isolation valves o Production of industrial water - Phase 2: o Construction of a building at the inlet of the treatment line for effluent pretreatment and for the workshop for receiving septic tank waste and sewer-cleaning waste o Demolition/dismantling of abandoned structures - Phase 3: o Integration of a sludge densification process and replacement of the fine screens o Replacement of the process air production equipment o Rehabilitation of the biomaster civil engineering works o Construction of a structure near the DDCs and the biomaster, dedicated to sand washing and aeration o Securing the temporary stone removal and screening structure in the external overflow weir (external DO) o Construction of a new equipment storage building. The duration of the works (DET assignment), also including the VISA and AOR assignments, will be as follows: - Phase 1: 10 months - Phase 2: 14 months - Phase 3: 14 months no variants authorized Procedure: open.
