This framework agreement includes one component relating to an assignment to coordinate the safeguard plan with the various institutional partners and the NPNRU project managers, and another component relating to an assignment to monitor and facilitate the operational recovery scheme for the 4 co-owned properties (legal, financial, technical and social expertise).. The services covered by the consultation are divided into separate lots as follows: - Lot No. 1: Coordination assignment for the safeguard plan for the co-owned properties of the Galerie Richard Wagner - Nîmes - Pissevin-Valdegour district - Lot No. 2: Monitoring and facilitation assignment for the safeguard plan for the co-owned properties of the Galerie Richard Wagner - Nîmes - Pissevin - Valdegour district Each lot will be the subject of a separate contract. The same tenderer may only be awarded one lot. The lots will be awarded according to the tenderer’s order of preference. This information will be provided by the tenderer in the section provided for this purpose in the Act of Commitment submitted to the candidate. In the context of this consultation, the City of Nîmes is acting as the contracting authority. Coordination assignment for the safeguard plan for the co-owned properties of the Galerie Richard Wagner - Nîmes - Pissevin-Valdegour district This contract is concluded for a period beginning on its notification date and ending after 24 months. This contract is not renewable. All services will be remunerated through the application of mixed prices.
