France – Engineering services – RELANE MONITORING-COORDINATION ASSIGNMENT for an O.P.A.H-CD Les Grillons 2 condominium, Mas de Mingue district in NIMES

This intellectual services contract concerns the monitoring and coordination assignment for an OPAH-CD for the LES GRILLON 2 condominium - Mas de Mingue district. Given that the previous agreement ended before the start of work on the common areas relating to phases 3, 4 and 5 (residential redevelopment of the building, energy improvements), it was decided to implement a new Planned Housing Improvement Operation for a Distressed Condominium (OPAH-CD.) for the “Les Grillons 2” condominium. This is in order to: Continue the main actions initiated during the first OPAH - CD; Monitor the forthcoming works technically and financially; Support the condominium during its first “post-construction” year in order to guarantee its financial, management and operational stability; This intellectual services contract concerns the monitoring and coordination assignment for an OPAH-CD for the LES GRILLON 2 condominium – Mas de Mingue district. This is in order to: Continue the main actions initiated during the first OPAH – CD; Monitor the forthcoming works technically and financially; Support the condominium during its first “post-construction” year in order to guarantee its financial, management and operational stability; As the contract uses mixed pricing, for the unit-price portion, all services provided for in the BPU are covered by a framework agreement resulting in the issuance of purchase orders, awarded pursuant to Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Article R2162-4-2° of the same code, it is concluded with one economic operator, with no minimum amount and with a maximum value of €65,000.00 excluding tax, i.e. €78,000.00 including tax. All services for the fixed-price portion will be remunerated by an overall fixed price for the duration of the contract, as defined in this contract agreement. Procedure: open.
