The framework agreement is "composite". It comprises an "ordinary contract" part and a "framework agreement with purchase orders" part. Details of the phasing of the operation are set out in the specifications. The purpose of this contract is to assist the Department of Doubs in defining a cycling facility project as part of an initiative to requalify a major road corridor through the completion of a design study. This section forms part of the Morteau-Montbéliard cycling link and constitutes an autonomous operational section thereof, while contributing to the continuity of the overall route. More specifically, the contract covers the completion of: - Preliminary Design studies (AVP); - Project studies (PRO); The purpose of these studies is to specify the technical characteristics of the facility, define the conditions for its implementation and establish its estimated cost, in line with the guidelines arising from the feasibility studies previously carried out Procedure: open.
