It includes an "ordinary contract" part and a "purchase-order framework agreement" part. Details of the phasing of the operation are set out in the specifications. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the similar services envisaged. The start date of the framework agreement is set at 15 December 2025, or the date of notification if this is later. The execution start date above is provided on a provisional basis. The contracting authority reserves the possibility of subsequently entrusting the holder of the framework agreement, pursuant to Articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122-7 of the French Public Procurement Code, with one or more new framework agreements for the performance of similar services. This consultation includes social and environmental performance conditions, details of which are indicated in the CCAP. Compliance with these provisions is a condition of the conformity of the tender. A tender containing reservations or failing to comply with these specific performance conditions will be declared irregular on the grounds of non-compliance with the specifications.
