This consultation is conducted pursuant to Articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code of 1 April 2019. The purpose of this asbestos project owner assistance contract (AMO) is to support PARTENORD HABITAT in the rehabilitation project for 48 collective housing units located in Houplines, avenue Georges Baert. This is a technical assistance assignment for the Project Owner concerning the management of asbestos treatment, which cannot be deemed equivalent to a project management, asbestos surveyor, or technical inspector assignment under the Spinetta Law of 4 January 1978. The contract is a service contract concluded at a fixed price. Prices are adjustable in accordance with the terms indicated in the AE-CCP. The services comprise a single phase. The estimated duration of 50 months indicated in this notice encompasses the study and works phases and the one-year perfect completion guarantee period. The estimated start date for performance of the services is December 2026. The estimated start date for performance of the works is set for the third quarter of 2028.
