Opportunity description

Carrying out an impact assessment for the agricultural, forestry and environmental land development project related to the construction of the Seine-Nord Europe Canal. The contract includes a mandatory clause for the integration of disadvantaged people pursuant to Article 6 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. The service is divided into 4 phases defined as follows: — phase No 1: preliminary design, — phase No 2: project, — phase No 3: inquiry before the CIIAF, — phase No 4: inquiry before the CDAF. This contract shall be enforceable from its notification date and shall end on the effective date of the acceptance decision taken by the department pursuant to Article 27 of the CCAG/PI, confirming that the contractor has fulfilled all its obligations. Operations shall commence upon the issuance of a service order by the Directorate for Territorial Attractiveness and Agricultural and Tourism Development. The performance period is 76 months.
