The purpose of this contract is local communication relating to the exercise of its responsibilities, particularly in environmental matters, in the Territoire de la Côte Ouest. The services relate to environmental mediation and monitoring and public, school and event communication. As part of the public, school and event communication services in the territory (Lot 2), residents’ right to information, imposed by Article L.2141-1 of the General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT), requires the local authority to implement various communication initiatives adapted to its different audiences: residents, pupils… The main objectives of these activities are: - To inform users as effectively as possible; - To achieve changes in behavior. The description of the services and their technical specifications are defined in the CCTP. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 2,227,200 EUR.
