Opportunity description

As part of diagnostic work, maintenance of engineering structures and sensitive earthworks, as well as road pavement maintenance, the service provides for the carrying out of ecological inventories, the drafting of regulatory files required to obtain administrative authorizations, external inspections (particularly of the works) and project management assistance (AMO). The contract is divided into 4 lots. It involves the establishment of a single-award framework agreement (AC) involving purchase orders, by lot, with no minimum and with a maximum amount. Carrying out fauna, flora and habitat inventories (including wetlands) as part of motorway infrastructure maintenance and upkeep work operations, and drafting detailed reports (including maps), applications for exemptions from the prohibition on destroying protected species and Natura 2000 impact assessment notices.
