This consultation is launched under the following procedure: Open call for tenders—Articles R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to 5 of the French Public Procurement Code. Its purpose is to install Artificial Nurseries for Exemplary Ports (NAPPEX) for fish (supply, installation and maintenance), as well as to carry out ecological monitoring of this ecological restoration and environmental awareness-raising. The nurseries protect post-larvae and young recruits from predation, thereby allowing them to reach the “refuge size.” They must thus contribute effectively to increasing the adult population. Framework agreement with purchase orders. Minimum: 40,000.00 Euros. Maximum: 160,000.00 Euros. Value in Euros excluding tax. Administration estimate excluding tax: 95,850.00 Euros (established for a period of 12 months). Duration (excluding renewal): 12 months. Number of possible renewals: 3.
