Opportunity description

This contract, awarded under the open tender procedure, concerns complete event production services, the provision of equipment and technical personnel, and safety and security services in connection with events scheduled and organised by the Etablissement Public du Mont Saint-Michel (EPMSM). The description of the services and their technical specifications are set out in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (C.C.T.P.) specific to lots No 01 to 03 and in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (C.C.T.P.) specific to lot No 04. In connection with events led by the EPMSM, or for which the EPMSM is a co-organiser, this lot aims to entrust a single service provider with complete responsibility for the production of the events. This lot concerns the provision of technical equipment (stage, sound, lighting, video, etc.) and, where applicable, additional technical personnel, for the delivery of events organised by the EPMSM and produced by the holder of lot 1, according to the needs expressed by the EPMSM.
