This contract is awarded under an open tender procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is a Works contract concluded at fixed prices for all lots and at mixed prices for lot No. 17 (mounting), comprising a fixed-price portion corresponding to the mounting works as well as a purchase-order portion at unit prices with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 20,000 Euros excluding tax over the duration of the contract, corresponding to the potential mobilization of an additional team, as required, by the Contracting Authority. The prices are firm and final and may potentially be adjusted. The contract is divided into lots within the meaning of Article L2113-10 and R2113-1 of the Public Procurement Code and comprises 18 lots: 1 Structural work - Demolitions - Interior stripping - Slate roofing - Tiling - Wall tiles 2 Metal frameworks - Metalwork 3 Aluminium curtain walls - Shading systems 4 Linings - Partitions - Insulation - Ceilings 5 Parquet flooring 6 Stone floor coverings and renovation 7 Painting - Cleaning 8 Reception and shop furniture 9 HVAC - Plumbing - Sanitary equipment 10 AHU replacement 11 High-current / Low-current electricity - Video surveillance 12 Scenographic fit-out 13 Display cases 14 Graphic design 15 Multimedia audiovisual equipment 16 Scenographic lighting 17 Mounting 18 Low-tech interactive devices This CCAP is common to all lots. The contract is not divided into phases within the meaning of Articles R.2113-4 to R.2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract includes the following optional additional service for lot No. 3: Complete replacement of the curtain wall of the fissure (instead of the two panes of glass to be converted into opening double windows The contract will take effect from its notification date until the end of the guarantee of perfect completion of the works. The overall duration of the works is 18 months (including the 2-month site preparation period) from the date set by service order. This contract is awarded in the form of an open tender procedure subject to Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2-1 and R.2161-1 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code.
