The contractor will carry out all the studies necessary for the production and justification of the local coastline retreat exposure map (CLERTC) for the entire coastline of the Toulon Provence Méditerranée Metropolis, in accordance with the requirements of the Climate and Resilience Law of 22 August 2021 and the national recommendations (BRGM-CEREMA, 2022), by delineating the areas exposed over two time horizons: - 0 to 30 years - 30 to 100 years. These studies must provide the TPM Metropolis with a justified, reproducible and legally robust map, taking into account regulatory requirements to enable its integration into urban planning documents, in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Planning Code.
