Opportunity description

The purpose of this consultation is a framework agreement for Project Management Assistance relating to the areas of expertise of the small water cycle (drinking water, sanitation, urban stormwater management). This framework agreement is performed as and when purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority. It is divided into 5 lots. Each lot is the subject of a framework agreement awarded to three (3) economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). Purchase orders will be awarded to the contractors in ranking order on a rotating basis throughout the term of the framework agreement (including renewal periods) as and when needs arise. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the notification date and for a maximum amount of 800 000 Euros excluding tax for each lot. It may be renewed three times under the same conditions, for a maximum duration of 4 years and a maximum amount of 3 200 000 Euros excluding tax, all periods combined, for each lot. The purpose of this lot is technical diagnostics. This framework agreement is performed as and when purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority. It is a framework agreement awarded to three (3) economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). Purchase orders will be awarded to the contractors in ranking order on a rotating basis throughout the term of the framework agreement (including renewal periods) as and when needs arise. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the notification date and for a maximum amount of 800 000 Euros excluding tax. It may be renewed three times under the same conditions, for a maximum duration of 4 years and a maximum amount of 3 200 000 Euros excluding tax, all periods combined. The purpose of this lot is the preparation of regulatory dossiers, support for the applicant during the review phase, and acquisition of input data associated with the regulatory dossiers. This framework agreement is performed as and when purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority. It is a framework agreement awarded to three (3) economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). Purchase orders will be awarded to the contractors in ranking order on a rotating basis throughout the term of the framework agreement (including renewal periods) as and when needs arise. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the notification date and for a maximum amount of 800 000 Euros excluding tax. It may be renewed three times under the same conditions, for a maximum duration of 4 years and a maximum amount of 3 200 000 Euros excluding tax, all periods combined. The purpose of this lot is organizational and financial audits, legal and regulatory expertise, benchmarking and market studies. This framework agreement is performed as and when purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority. Purchase orders will be awarded to the contractors in ranking order on a rotating basis throughout the term of the framework agreement (including renewal periods) as and when needs arise.
