Opportunity description

This consultation, conducted under an open tender procedure pursuant to the Public Procurement Code, concerns the assignment of technical, legal and financial project management assistance for the renewal of the concession contract and the operational monitoring of Orléans Métropole's multi-process treatment unit. It will result in a contract that is not divided into lots, is non-renewable, is divided into phases and uses mixed pricing, with part of the services remunerated at a fixed price (DPGF) and another part of the services remunerated at unit prices (BPU), performed by means of purchase orders, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 80,000 euro(s) excluding tax, i.e. 96,000 euro(s) including tax, for the entire duration of the contract, the estimated quantities of which are set out in the DQE.
