Opportunity description

A purchasing group governed by the provisions set out in Article L.2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP) was formed between: • La Régie d'Electricité de Thônes (RET) 8, voie Eugène Fournier Bidoz BP 30 74230 Thônes • SEML Energie et Services de Seyssel (ESS) 23 avenue Borcier 74910 SEYSSEL RET was designated as the coordinator of the purchasing group. It is authorized to award, sign and notify the contract, in the name and on behalf of all members of the group: a single contract will be established for the two companies designated above. Each member of the group will then be responsible for the performance of the contract on its own behalf. Each member of the group is hereinafter referred to as "The Group".
