Lot No. 1 concerns the establishment of the well catchment area and the completion of the technical and administrative phases leading to the publication by the prefecture of the orders declaring the HIIS 1 and HIIS 2 wells to be of public utility, with the establishment of protection perimeters. Optional tranche No. 1 consists of assistance with the implementation of a Territorial Action Plan, for each well field, aimed at preserving the alluvial aquifer, reducing chemicals and bringing together local stakeholders. Optional tranche No. 2 is short-duration tracing (convergent radial) in order to contribute to knowledge of the aquifer's behavior in relation to the wells. Lot No. 2 concerns analyses of groundwater from the 2 well fields. The firm tranche concerns RP-type sampling and analyses (analysis program carried out at the source, for groundwater); from well P2 at HIIS 1 and well P4 at HIIS 2 (sampling points in the ARS network, the former point being P2 and the current point P4). The optional tranche concerns RP-type sampling and analyses; HIIS 1: well P1 and well P3; HIIS 2: well P5, well P6 and well P7 (not monitored by the ARS).
