The main species and habitats targeted are: the Common Pochard, the Purple Heron, the Little Bittern, the Whiskered Tern, the Yellow-spotted Whiteface, the exposed mudflats of the Littorelletea uniflorae and Isoëto-Nanojuncetea (3130), and the vegetation of eutrophic lakes of the Magnopotamion or Hydrocharition (3150).
