Opportunity description

Supply of chemical products for wastewater treatment and drinking water treatment. The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. The contract concluded covers not only the items specifically designated in the Unit Price Schedule, but also, on an exceptional basis, all products, items, spare parts and various accessories of the same category necessary for the operation of the facilities managed by the SMDEA. The framework agreement is concluded for one year from the date of notification. The framework agreement may be renewed 3 times for periods of one year.
