Opportunity description
The consultation concerns the taking of acoustic measurements enabling the equipment to be sized and adapted to the tunnels concerned, as well as the supply, integration and commissioning of audio devices integrated into the Operations Support System, enabling self-assessment in motorway tunnels to be facilitated. Lot No. 1 concerns the performance of acoustic measurements enabling the audio guidance equipment to be sized and adapted to the tunnels located on the APRR, AREA and ADELAC networks. The purpose of this lot is to carry out acoustic studies in the structures in order to determine the characteristics of the installations to be deployed to provide sound coverage in the tunnels, optimizing the number and placement of equipment according to actual needs, to enable the broadcasting of an audio message audible to a person moving through the structure outside a vehicle and to a person inside a vehicle; under fire evacuation conditions in the structure, that is, with the polluted-air extraction ventilation in operation. This service initially includes organizing the acoustic survey operations in the structures, as well as producing and supplying the deliverables enabling the equipment to be supplied and installed by the holder of lot 2 to be configured and sized. Secondly, after deployment and commissioning of the equipment (the subject of lot 2), the holder of this lot must carry out a new measurement campaign. This will constitute an inspection assignment following implementation of the equipment. Lot No. 2 concerns the supply, integration and commissioning of audio devices integrated into the Operations Support System, enabling self-evacuation in the tunnels located on the APRR, AREA and ADELAC networks to be facilitated. The purpose of this lot is to supply and integrate audio equipment within tunnels (for information, 3 tunnels currently envisaged: Chamoise, Dullin, Mont Sion). A maintenance service will also be requested under this lot. The quantities of equipment to be supplied and implemented in each structure under this lot will be defined on the basis of the results of the studies carried out under lot No. 1. For information, a tunnel-specific loudspeaker could be installed every 80 meters. For the 3 tunnels envisaged, this potentially represents an estimated overall volume of approximately 198 loudspeakers, along with the corresponding cables, amplifiers, management servers, tablets, gooseneck microphones and other accessories. This service must be accompanied by software development enabling this system to be interfaced and integrated with the Operations Support System (SAE) used by the operating company of each tunnel concerned. Procedure: restricted. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
