France – Flatbed and Tipper trucks – ACQUISITION OF SIX VEHICLES

This contract is awarded under an open tender procedure, pursuant to Articles R2124-2-1°, R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This consultation concerns the acquisition of 6 new vehicles for the Quality of Life Department of the City of Nîmes. For the purposes of this consultation, the City of Nîmes, acting as the contracting authority, is hereinafter referred to as the "public buyer". The services are divided into separate lots: - Lot No. 1: Three “electric pick-up type” vehicles -- The services will be remunerated by applying a global and fixed price; - Lot No. 2: Three “light dual-fuel tipper” vehicles -- The services will be remunerated by applying a global and fixed price. The contract duration runs from its notification date until the accounts are settled. Acquisition of 3 new “electric pick-up type” vehicles for the Quality of Life Department of the City of Nîmes.
