Contract duration: from 01/01/2027 to 31/12/2031. The tenderer must submit a single comprehensive tender meeting the stated requirements. A response to the basic solution is mandatory. However, due to the specific nature of public insurance contracts, the tenderer may propose an unrestricted variant, solely through the formulation of reservations, provided that it meets the minimum requirements below. This variant then replaces the basic solution. Minimum requirements: Civil liability and related risks: The candidate must propose “all risks except” coverage. The amount of coverage may not be less than 15,000,000 Euros for all losses combined and 5,000,000 Euros for consequential material and immaterial losses. Its tender must provide coverage for all the principal liabilities borne by the policyholder. The structuring of the requirements must be accepted (compliance with the amounts of the general deductible and the mandatory variant). This lot includes a variant imposed by the buyer constituting an alternative to the basic tender. It includes an optional additional service with an optional response, supplementing the basic tender or the variant.
