Opportunity description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide graphic design and creation services for information and promotional materials for the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur regional transport network. The precise definition of the requirement is set out in the CCTP. This is a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-2 et seq. of the French Public Procurement Code, concluded with an economic operator. The framework agreement sets out all the contractual provisions; it will be performed as purchase orders are issued under the conditions laid down in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The procedures for issuing purchase orders are set out in the CCAP. The framework agreement is concluded for a minimum annual amount of 40,000 euro(s) excluding VAT and a maximum annual amount of 150,000 euro(s) excluding VAT. Procedure: open.
