Opportunity description
Synoptic diagram requirements for the DSAR: The development of a standardized representation of local stations (management nodes, pumping or pretreatment stations) offers multiple benefits: -Facilitate understanding of how the sites operate for newcomers -Facilitate exchanges between field and office staff -Limit the risk of confusion when scheduling interventions in the networks -Facilitate work with external parties unfamiliar with the facilities In practical terms, the synoptic diagrams will serve several purposes, including: -Provide a single representation of each structure, which will be used both as the background for the Supervision view and in the Operating Sheets, documents currently being prepared that will define, for each local station, its operating mode in all situations (dry/rainy weather, low water/flood, normal/degraded mode, etc.) -Provide training material for PC SAPHYRS controllers or other DSAR staff, or other Directorates -On-site identification using materials posted locally, or production of binders that will be made available to field staff in intervention vehicles -Illustration in documents and notes prepared by the DSAR Different types of synoptic diagrams Different types of synoptic diagrams will be required for each structure, depending on its complexity, criticality, and specific characteristics: -Highly simplified 2D synoptic diagram for an immediate and overall understanding of operation -More detailed 2D synoptic diagram to examine certain details -"Static" 3D synoptic diagram: fixed 3D views from educationally relevant angles -3D model: computer file that makes it possible to view the structure from different angles and generate views (sections, plans, etc.) according to needs -Animated synoptic diagram: on a 2D or 3D view, symbolic and dynamic representation of flows to facilitate understanding of the most complex structures. Consistent rendering Consistency in rendering is important to ensure that all participants have a good understanding, in the East and West Intervention Units, but also centrally, for staff of PC SAPHYRS, the Methods and Scheduling Unit, or partners from other Directorates such as the Technical Directorate, whose projects are often interfaced with the DSAR. Thus, all synoptic diagrams of the same type (simplified 2D, 3D, etc.) will be consistent for all structures represented. And for each structure, consistency will be crucial between the various synoptic diagrams that provide different levels of understanding and detail. The Synoptic Diagrams project will be managed by the Methods and Scheduling Unit of the DSAR Operations and Maintenance Department. The first contract made it possible to establish the graphic charter common to all synoptic diagrams and to produce the first synoptic diagrams. The work must continue in order to cover all DSAR sites requiring a graphic representation Procedure: open. Estimated value: 215,000 EUR.
