France – Guard services – FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT RELATING TO PERSONAL SECURITY AND PROPERTY SURVEILLANCE SERVICES FOR SITES WITHIN THE DISTRICTS OF THE CNRS REGIONAL DELEGATIONS IN ÎLE-DE-FRANCE

Opportunity description

The purpose of this framework agreement concerns personal security and property surveillance services for sites within the districts of the CNRS regional delegations in Île-de-France, as defined in the special technical specifications (CCTP) common to all lots and in its annexes. Personal security and property surveillance services for the sites of the Meudon-Bellevue campus, Campus Gérard Mégie, the Pierre and Marie Curie site, the premises of the Fossés Saint-Jacques site and the Pouchet site. This lot constitutes a single-award framework agreement, with no minimum and with an annual maximum of €1,200,000 excluding tax. It is concluded for an initial performance period of 12 months from the date of 1 March 2027and may be tacitly renewed three (3) times for a period of twelve (12) months. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders for recurring and occasional services detailed in Article 2.1 of the CCAP of this contract. Personal security and property surveillance services for the sites of the Villejuif campus, the Thiais campus site and the Ivry-sur-Seine site. This lot constitutes a single-award framework agreement, with no minimum and with an annual maximum of €1,000,000 excluding tax. It is concluded for an initial performance period of 12 months from the date of 1 March 2027and may be tacitly renewed three (3) times for a period of twelve (12) months. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders for recurring and occasional services detailed in Article 2.1 of the CCAP of this contract. Personal security and property surveillance services for the sites of the Gif-sur-Yvette campus, the Institut de développement et des ressources en informatique scientifique (IDRIS), the Centre de nanosciences et de nanotechnologies (C2N) and Building 505 located in Orsay. This lot constitutes a single-award framework agreement, with no minimum and with an annual maximum of €2,500,000 excluding tax. It is concluded for an initial performance period of 12 months from the date of 1 March 2027and may be tacitly renewed three (3) times for a period of twelve (12) months.
