In accordance with Book V of the Labour Code, this framework agreement concerns the performance of a coordination assignment relating to the Safety and Health Protection of Workers (SPS), for the design and implementation phases, in connection with Category I, II and III operations, within the meaning of Article R.4532-1 of the Labour Code.
