As part of our works operations, VNF is required to guarantee the safety and health protection of workers operating on construction sites, pursuant in particular to the provisions of the Labour Code, and especially Articles L. 4531-1 et seq. and R. 4532-1 et seq. relating to coordination in matters of safety and health protection (SPS). The purpose of this framework agreement is therefore to ensure the legal and operational security of our construction site safety practices. As part of our works operations, VNF is required to guarantee the safety and health protection of workers operating on construction sites, pursuant in particular to the provisions of the Labour Code, and especially Articles L. 4531-1 et seq. and R. 4532-1 et seq. relating to coordination in matters of safety and health protection (SPS).
