The Department of La Réunion carries out infrastructure works assignments on the departmental road network. Certain operations involve the intervention of several companies, resulting in simultaneous activities. In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 93-1418 of 31 December 1993 and the texts adopted for its implementation, this consultation concerns the performance of coordination assignments concerning the Safety and Health Protection of workers (SPS) relating to category 2 and 3 roadworks operations within the meaning of Article R. 4532-1 of the Labour Code, during the design and implementation phases.
