France – Health and safety consultancy services – Selection of the Health and Safety Coordinator for the rehabilitation of 530 housing units, Vermand District in Saint-Quentin

Contract awarded pursuant to Articles R.2124-2 and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code of 1 April 2019. This consultation is a relaunch of procedure No. 25661, which was discontinued due to errors in defining the requirement. The assignment entrusted will be an assignment within the meaning of Law No. 93-1418 of 3 December 1993 (Level 1 Health and Safety Coordination (CSPS), with the establishment of a CISSCT) and the implementing texts thereof, supplemented by the assignment “Implementation of an access control system and verification of the compliance of those working on the construction site” (Article 10.9.2 of the contract). All assignments are detailed in the AE, which serves as the specifications. The estimated duration of the works is 48 months, with commencement envisaged in September 2029. The estimated budget for the works is EUR 40,000,000.00 excluding tax (including roads and utilities infrastructure (VRD)). The contract is awarded on the basis of a revisable lump-sum price. Participation in this consultation is reserved for Health and Safety Coordinators possessing the skills required within the meaning of Articles R.4532-25 and R.4532-26 of the French Labour Code.
