Opportunity description

This framework agreement concerns the assignments of the Health and Safety Coordinator for the City of Lyon's property operations, involving its built assets and their surrounding areas. The SPS coordinator requires a level of competence depending on the category of the construction site. Thus, there are 3 levels of CSPS: This SPS contract applies to building projects and their surrounding areas, for which each amount excluding VAT for works is between 800,000 and 20,000,000 euro(s). During the project design phase, the coordinator's assignment includes: - preparation of the prior declaration, - preparation and updating of the General Health and Safety Coordination Plan (P.G.C.S.P.S.), - preparation of the Subsequent Intervention File for the Structure (D.I.U.O.), - opening and maintenance of the Site Log (R.J.), - seeking solutions to health and safety problems raised by the operation's design studies, analysis of the details requested from companies in an annex to their tender During the construction work, the coordinator: - ensures that the declaration provided for in the Labour Code is displayed on the construction site; - organizes among the various companies, including subcontractors, whether or not they are present together on the construction site: - the coordination of their simultaneous or successive activities, - the arrangements for their joint use of the facilities Procedure: open.
