France – Health and safety services – CATEGORY 1, 2 AND 3 CSPS COORDINATION ASSIGNMENT FOR CLAH’S REQUIREMENTS

Opportunity description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide the regulatory Health and Safety Protection Control assignments for heritage rehabilitation projects and new construction projects for the design and execution phases, relating to category I, II and III operations, within the meaning of Article R. 4532-1 of the Labour Code. The contractor is deemed to be familiar with all legislative and regulatory provisions relating to construction-site safety and workers’ health that may apply to the aforementioned operation. The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide the regulatory Health and Safety Protection Control assignments for heritage rehabilitation projects and new construction projects for the design and execution phases, relating to category I, II and III operations, within the meaning of Article R. 4532-1 of the Labour Code. The contractor is deemed to be familiar with all legislative and regulatory provisions relating to construction-site safety and workers’ health that may apply to the aforementioned operation. The contract consists of a single lot, as the services cannot be separated. The services give rise to the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders pursuant to Articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The value of the services may vary as follows: Minimum amount per period €5,000 excluding tax Maximum amount per period: €70,000 excluding tax The validity period of the framework agreement is the period within which purchase orders may be issued.
