France – Health and safety services – RELAUNCH OF THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT RELATING TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY COORDINATION ASSIGNMENT FOR SICTIAM AND ITS MEMBERS' WORKS (TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND ENERGY)

Opportunity description

This framework agreement results from the relaunch of the previous consultation, which was discontinued. The purpose of this consultation is a health and safety coordination assignment for the works (telecommunications and energy) of SICTIAM and its members and contracted structures. The services concern category 2 and category 3 operations to be carried out as part of worksites relating to the deployment of optical fiber, roads and utility networks, buildings, mobile telephone sites, extension, reinforcement and securing of the public low-voltage electricity network, deployment of renewable energy solutions, and modernization and maintenance of the public lighting network throughout the Alpes-Maritimes Department. The expected services and the scope of the contract are described in the Special Technical Specifications (CCTP). The detailed description of the technical specifications is provided in the Special Technical Specifications (CCTP). The contract takes the form of a single-award framework agreement performed through the issuance of purchase orders, by applying the prices defined in the contractor's Unit Price Schedule (BPU). The detailed terms and conditions of the framework agreement are specified in the Special Administrative Specifications (CCAP). The maximum amount of orders for the total performance period of the framework agreement, renewals included, is 1,700,000 euros excluding taxes. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 1,700,000 EUR.
