Procurement procedure launched by a purchasing group. The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for at unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The multi-brand cards will allow vehicles to be supplied with fuels generally available at service stations, such as B07 diesel, E05 and E10 unleaded petrol, LPG, and AdBlue, and will provide access to electric charging stations as well as access to card-related services such as washing at car washes, motorway tolls, and parking in above-ground and underground car parks for all departments of Tours Métropole within French territory and for the mobility association.
