Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is to provide mechanical mulching–mowing services for flood protection dikes, flood channels, river floodplains, canal dikes, dams, sensitive natural areas, and any other natural site managed by RIVIERES de Haute-Alsace. It also includes pruning work using a cutter bar, branch chipping and blowing on trafficable areas, as well as forestry mulching services (mainly stumps). This contract does not cover manual work, work on small or inaccessible areas, which is entrusted to companies (with a social inclusion clause) under a purchase order contract currently being performed.
