Pursuant to the provisions of Article L.2122-1-1 of the General Code of Public Property, the State plans to open the Domaine de l'Arboretum des Barres to new shared and diversified uses, in co-construction with the stakeholders already established there (IGN, INRAE, ONF, LEGTA), while preserving responsible management of the spaces. This is neither a public contract nor a concession within the meaning of the Public Procurement Code. This publication is intended solely to ensure the publicity and prior selection measures required for the economic exploitation of the public domain.
