The consultation was launched by a joint procurement group comprising Le Mans Métropole and the City of Le Mans. Coordinator of the group: Le Mans Métropole. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders, with a minimum and maximum, for one year renewable 3 times from 01/12/2026. Lot 1 for LMM: minimum: 500 euro(s) / maximum: 50,000 euro(s) for the initial period (identical for each renewal period) Lot 1 for VDM: minimum: 500 euro(s) / maximum: 25,000 euro(s) for the initial period (identical for each renewal period) Lot 2 for LMM: minimum: 500 euro(s) / maximum: 50,000 euro(s) for the initial period (identical for each renewal period) Lot 2 for VDM: minimum: 500 euro(s) / maximum: 25,000 euro(s) for the initial period (identical for each renewal period) The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders.
